WORLD IN PROGRESS 2025

The international forum World in Progress Barcelona 2025 will be held on October 20 and 21 at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, organized by Grupo PRISA, EL PAÍS, and Cadena SER. Among its multiple themes are the major global challenges of the 21st century, including globalization, climate change, digital transformation, misinformation, and humanitarian crises.. Its significance lies in fostering dialogue among political leaders, businesspeople, academics, and citizens, proposing concrete solutions, and promoting international consensus. Additionally, it plays a key role in reflecting on technology and ethics, assessing the social impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence, the need for regulatory and ethical frameworks, the responsibility of governments and companies, and protection against misinformation and digital manipulation.

Ciberseguridad al Descubierto 2025

On Thursday, December 11, the 7th Edition of Cybersecurity Uncovered will take place in the auditorium of the Cabueñes University Hospital in Gijón. This key initiative aims to raise awareness about cybersecurity from various perspectives—technical, ethical, and legal—providing essential training and promoting a cultural shift across multiple sectors.

On Thursday, December 11, the 7th Edition of Cybersecurity Uncovered will take place in the auditorium of the Cabueñes University Hospital in Gijón. This key initiative aims to raise awareness about cybersecurity from various perspectives—technical, ethical, and legal—providing essential training and promoting a cultural shift across multiple sectors.

In this edition, the event will focus on the healthcare sector, a critical area facing increasingly advanced and sophisticated cybersecurity challenges.

Organized by the Atlantic Arc Association for Cybersecurity and Digital Environment and Castroalonso.

The nineteenth edition of ENISE (International Information Security Meeting) will take place on October 14, 15, and 16 at the León Conference and Exhibition Center and its surroundings.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Carla Álvarez Sanjurjo, Director General of Employment, and María Olga Fernández González, Technician of the Service for Promotion, Development, and Innovation of the Local Employment Agency of Gijón/Xixón, to our PCTG building. Their visit aimed to see firsthand the subsidized course with a hiring commitment, including the training, planned content, and the theoretical-practical methodology we apply.

We are delighted to begin the training of technical-administrative staff specialized in the management of publicly funded R&D&I projects. This course places special emphasis on the framework of European projects, CDTI, and the European Data Spaces, providing key tools and knowledge for the successful management of these programs. We are very motivated and grateful for the opportunity to deliver this course, and we look forward to sharing our experience and supporting the participants in their professional development over the coming sessions.
